Norwegian consultancy Front Group joins XPartners
XPartners strengthens its energy offering in Norway by welcoming Front Group AS to the group. Based in Molde, Front delivers project management, operations readiness and control systems services to clients in the Norwegian energy industry, from early project phase through to day-to-day operations.
Front Group works across four areas: projects, operations, HSE and controls. Assignments follow the facilities from early project phase, through operations readiness and commissioning, and into day-to-day operations. The company was founded in 2012, has its office in Molde and around 15 employees. Revenue in 2025 exceeded NOK 40 million.

Most of Front’s assignments are carried out in the energy sector, with the remainder in adjacent infrastructure. This includes power from shore and solutions for remote operations, where control systems and well-prepared operations determine the outcome. The same expertise applies to other businesses with complex facilities, such as power grids, process industry, data centres and renewable energy, and Front has already delivered remote operations work in aquaculture.
