Danish environmental consultancy kLAR Miljørådgivning joins XPartners
XPartners strengthens its Danish platform within infrastructure, climate adaptation and drainage by welcoming kLAR Miljørådgivning ApS to the group. The company adds specialist expertise in wastewater, stormwater management and infrastructure, with an established position among Danish water utilities, municipalities and private clients.
kLAR Miljørådgivning was founded in 2019 and today has around 20 employees at its offices in Hinnerup near Aarhus and in Viborg. The company advises across the full project cycle, from design and authority dialogue to tendering, project management, site supervision and handover. Its work covers wastewater, separation of wastewater and stormwater, rehabilitation of pipe networks, pressurised systems and land development, as well as climate adaptation, LAR solutions and infrastructure projects with associated drainage. Revenue in the most recent financial year amounted to approximately DKK 16 million.
“The Danish drainage infrastructure faces substantial investment. Pipe networks are ageing, requirements are tightening, and cities need to adapt to heavier rainfall events. kLAR has built a strong position in exactly that work, and the company markedly strengthens our capabilities within drainage, climate adaptation and infrastructure in Denmark,” says Rasmus Ødum, Managing Director of XPartners Denmark.
Clients are primarily Danish water utilities and municipalities, complemented by private clients within infrastructure and land development. Assignments range from stormwater management in new urban districts to separation and rehabilitation of existing pipe networks. In the most recent financial year, the company worked with more than 130 clients and over 250 projects, with its centre of gravity in Jutland.
