Three new companies join XPartners – we welcome Infra Action, MSIB and VIZ architects

The technology consulting group XPartners Samhällsbyggnad AB (“XPartners”) expanded the group with three new companies on April 27, 2023, and with this expansion will be represented throughout Sweden, from north to south, with approximately 400 employees. With this deal, we strengthen the XPartners group both in terms of competence and resources, and our range of services is broadened within infrastructure and electrical planning. The group will have a turnover of approx. SEK 600m and all companies work actively with sustainability, which will further strengthen XPartners as a group in the area.

Since the spring of 2021, the XPartners group has worked to create a nationwide multidisciplinary community building platform where different companies, skills, people and cultures collaborate for higher exchange in their work with the transition to a more sustainable society. The business model is based on value creation through collaboration and entrepreneurship, where each company preserves its own identity, but benefits from the advantages that group affiliation provides. The owners of the joining companies become part-owners in XPartners together with the Nordic private equity company Axcel (which takes over as a new main owner in XPartners in connection with the transactions, together with former main owner Evolver), and continue the ongoing operational work in their own companies during their own brands. Through our domain knowledge, digital understanding and commitment to sustainability, we will help make Sweden a leading country in the environment, social construction and infrastructure.

msib was founded in 1974 and today with its 25 employees offers consulting services in electricity, telecommunications, security and lighting facilities in the construction sector. We work in all business areas with both public and private clients. We have certified projectors in all security facilities (fire alarm, UTM, burglar alarm, CCTV facilities) but also in lighting design.
