XPartners continues its Nordic growth journey and is now pleased to welcome Swedish company Epsilon Byggkonsult AB to the group. The acquisition strengthens XPartners’ expertise in construction engineering and adds a new area of specialization in watertight concrete structures – a field highly relevant for critical public infrastructure.

Founded in 1988, Epsilon is a well-established engineering consultancy headquartered in Gothenburg, with branch offices in Mariestad, Falun, and Linköping. The company has 23 employees and operates across Sweden and Norway. Epsilon delivers all types of structural engineering services, including projects for schools, industrial facilities, offices, water and wastewater treatment plants, public swimming facilities, and a wide range of residential developments.

“We are very pleased to welcome Epsilon to XPartners. They are a skilled and experienced company with an established niche in watertight concrete structures. This acquisition strengthens our presence in construction engineering and opens new opportunities in wastewater treatment, waterworks, and aquatic facilities – areas where we want to deepen our competence,” says Sonny Mirborn, CEO of XPartners.

The company has contributed to projects such as Liseberg Water Park, Påvelund School, Hindås Ski Jump, BRF Ramselyckan, Hotel The Weaver, and Grefsen Stasjon in Oslo. Epsilon works with real estate developers, construction firms, private clients, and public sector clients – creating strong collaboration potential with other companies in the group.

“Joining XPartners gives us a platform with new opportunities, a broader network, and stronger collaborations. It not only provides the right conditions for continued growth and the development of our niche, but also new opportunities for our employees to grow, share knowledge, and be part of something bigger. That creates value for both our clients and our team,” says Johan Jodin, CEO of Epsilon Byggkonsult.
