Peter Andersson new CFO for XPartners Samhällsbyggnad AB

Peter Andersson has been appointed as the new CFO for Xpartners. Peter has previously held leading positions in the civil engineering sector and most recently comes from a role as CFO at Netel Group and before that as CFO for Eleda Group.

– I am full of anticipation and really look forward to collaborating with the various companies and contributing to their development as well as the entire group’s development, says Peter.

Peter Andersson takes up the new position as CFO for Xpartners on April 2, 2024. With industry knowledge and experience from several companies with strong growth, and through his role on Xpartner’s board, he has both good insight into the business already today, and knows what is required for to create conditions and opportunities for Xpartners to expand.

– Peter has a background that shows a high drive, business focus and experience in creating an efficient and market-ready finance function. He will be an important addition to Xpartner’s management with exactly the experience we need in the expansive phase we are in, says Olle Bertfelt, CEO of Xpartners.

Peter has been active in the service and contracting industry for over 25 years, including the last few years as CFO at the infrastructure company Netel. Before that, Peter has worked at Peab, Strabag and Eleda, among others. During his professional activities, Peter has also been involved in IPOs as well as several acquisitions and sales processes of companies.

– This assignment will require curiosity and humility in the face of the great knowledge that the various companies possess. My task is to contribute to building structure and creating synergies, without renouncing entrepreneurship so that we can grow both quickly and profitably, says Peter and continues:

– It is a fantastic opportunity to be part of Xpartner’s journey. The company has already made several acquisitions of interesting companies and my focus will be to create an efficient and high-quality finance function that supports the group’s continued development.

The group today generates approximately SEK 850 million in turnover and has approximately 550 employees.
