Finnish Vison joins XPartners
XPartners continues its growth across the Nordics and now welcomes the Finnish consultancy Vison Oy to the group. The acquisition strengthens XPartners’ presence in the Finnish market and brings leading expertise in project management – particularly in Lean Construction and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) – with a strong focus on infrastructure and public sector projects.
Founded in 2012, Vison has established itself as one of the pioneers of Lean/IPD in Finland. The company has close to 30 employees across offices in Helsinki and Oulu, and has acted as advisor on over 100 integrated project deliveries, as well as numerous complex public procurement projects totaling more than EUR 10 billion in value.

The acquisition broadens our project management offering and brings in unique expertise. Vison has a solid client base in infrastructure and the public sector, a clear niche in complex project delivery, and a strong ambition to raise competence standards across the industry.

The transaction has been signed and is expected to close in July.
