Stockholm-based Toofab AB has on May 31 joined the technology consulting group XPartners Samhällsbyggnad AB. Toofab becomes the sixth company to join the group, and with the deal, the XPartners group is further strengthened in terms of competence and resources and grows to roughly 230 employees and almost SEK 340 million in turnover, and is now established in twelve locations in Sweden. The owners of Toofab become partners in XPartners and continue the operational work in their own company under their own brand. The deal closely follows the investments in Bsv arkitekter & ingenierer, Hedström & Taube, KMP, Contekton and Fidell, and constitutes another important step in Xpartner’s ambition to create a nationwide multidisciplinary community building operator with a focus on sustainability and diversity in the built environment. XPartners will continue to expand geographically and disciplinaryly, both organically and through additional acquisitions, and the business model is based on value creation through collaboration and intrapreneurship, where each company maintains its own identity but benefits from the advantages that group membership provides.

After the deal, the XPartners group has a combined pro forma turnover of approximately SEK 300 million, just over 200 employees and a broad customer offering with establishments in twelve locations in the southern, western and eastern parts of the country. XPartners will continue to expand geographically and disciplinary, both organically and through add-on acquisitions.
