The technology consulting group XPartners continues to grow through the acquisition of the Finnish construction consulting company Planera Oy. The number of employees thus increases to almost 1100, and the total annual turnover is expected to reach approximately SEK 1,9 billion. Through the acquisition, XPartners strengthens its offer with specialist services in construction management throughout the Nordics.

Sonny Mirborn new Group CEO for XPartners Samhällsbyggnad AB

Sonny Mirborn has been appointed as the new Group CEO for XPartners Samhällsbyggnad AB (“XPartners”). Sonny has previously held several leading positions in companies with strong growth and has good experience in leading and implementing a strong and profitable expansion, often driven by acquisitions. He comes most recently from a role as Group CEO for listed Alcadon Group AB, and has previously held leading positions within the serial acquirer Addtech, as well as companies such as CTM Lyng and Rutab.
