Our story
XPartners was founded in 2021 with a clear ambition: to bring together best-in-class engineering and design consultants working in the built environment – and support them with a shared plattform. From the start,our model has been driven by entrepreneurship, long-term ownership, and the power of collaboration between like-minded individuals.
What began in Sweden in 2021, has grown into a Nordic organisation of more than 60 business units. While we have expanded rapidly across the region, the core idea remains unchanged: to support local leaders with the tools to grow – together. We are building something long-term, with people who care deeply about what they do.
Why we are calledXPartners
We chose a name that reflects not only who we are, but how we grow.
In mathematics, X often represents the unknown – a variable with endless potential. For us, it stands for all the future partners, ideas and opportunities we have not discovered yet. It is a reminder that we are building something open, dynamic and constantly evolving.
Partners reflects our belief in progress through collaboration. When a new specialists joins, we form a partnership – learning from one another, sharing strengths and becoming stronger together.
